Our highest quality organic coconut sugar crystals originate in Indonesia, where local farmers climb the coconut palms and collect the sugar blossom nectar by gently slicing each flower. It is then thickened under a controlled heat to condense the liquid to a dark brown sap. Once it has cooled and solidified, it is crystallised. This careful process ensures that the natural nutrients and minerals of the nectar are preserved, and nothing is added or filtered.

The result is a pure and healthy alternative to refined sugar or honey, perfect for desserts or baking, or straight from the packet as a delicious snack.
